PROJECT SUMMARY
This project is created for amateur baseball athletes because many amateur baseball players dream of becoming professional someday, but the reality requires a level of dedication, sacrifice, discipline, lucky, and opprtunity. Pro 9 is an application that helps amateur athletes to build up relationship with scouters and baseball professions, find sponsorships, obtain tryout events information, and analyze stats with portable radar gun.
PROBLEMS
1. The statistics for amateur athletes is not accurate.
2. Statistics has the limitations in evaluate amateur athletes.
3. The quality of competition varies in different localities.
4. Lack of information about events (Tryouts, Practice, Competition, and social events).
5. Amateur athletes need productive guidance and advice for the transition from an amateur
to a professional athletes.
SOLUTION
1. Key success factor to enter the professional world is to make a relationship. In professional world, all the
process is predominantly relationship driven.
2. Create a platform for amateur athletes to build up relationship with scouters and baseball professions,
find sponsorships, obatin information about events, and share your passion on their pages.
3. Using proven portable radar gun, players can update their ability regularly and show off their special skills on the profile page.
