PROJECT SUMMARY

Monza SS is sponsored by GM and is made of collaborative work with industrial designers exploring futuristic car conecpt and challenges of emerging areas of UI/UX and new media in the automotive industry. This project is intended to be a low cost, global product that embodies all the passion of recreational motorsport. It’s an attainable product entry that amplifies the heritage and performance. The task is to develop a vehicle true to the ideals of power to weight efficiency, aerodynamics and innovative manufacturing processes.


PROBLEMS

1. High performance vehicles are relatively expensive than normal vehicles.
2. People who drive a performance car do not have the required skills to drive the car as its engineered limit.
3. Young car enthusiasts are mainly focused on performance and pure driving experiences.


SOLUTION

Create an interior for the Monza SS, a new affordable exotic, lightweight, minimalist roadster focused around recreational driving pleasure and purity.
