PROJECT SUMMARY
This is interactive magazine project at Academy of Art University. After reasearching about interesting articles, I found enzymes are effective for bakers to improve bread quality and bake faster. I visited the bakery stores in San Francisco and took photos for this project. Since this is interactive magazine, I tried to create interesting flow for readers and also included infographic about the 10 steps of bread making.
